With the Regatta being just last weekend students may think that there is hardly anything happening on campus and around Indy. However, here are 26 events that say otherwise.
September 26, 2015: IUPUI’s men’s soccer team will host the Omaha Mavericks at Carroll Stadium at 7:00 p.m.
September 26, 2015: The IUPUI volleyball team will be hosting Denver in the Jungle at 7:00 p.m.
September 28, 2015: An event titled “M.E.T.A. Mapping Education Towards Achievement” will occur on in the Campus Center from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. as a part of Latino/a Heritage Month.
September 28, 2015: The Anesthesia Student Interest Group will be hosting an informational meeting at 6:00 p.m. in Medical Science Building Room B26.
September 29, 2015: At 4:30 p.m. the Indianapolis Department of Public Works will be hosting a public open house to discuss the Michigan Street two-way conversion in University Hall Room 1006.
September 29, 2015: The Multicultural Center and Office for Social Justice Education will be hosting “Speak Out Cafe-Poetry with a Purpose Featuring Michael Reyes” at 6:00 p.m. in Campus Center Room 409.
- September 29, 2015: The Student African American Brotherhood and Student African American Sisterhood will be hosting Battle of the Sexes event at 6:00 p.m. in Campus Center Room 268.
September 29, 2015: The Student Activities Programing Board will host comedian Michael Kent in the Campus Center Theatre at 7:00 p.m.
September 29, 2015: At 7:00 p.m. the IUPUI volleyball team will be hosting IPFW Mastodons in the Jungle.
September 30, 2015: The Black Student Union, Student African American Brotherhood, and Student African American Sisterhood will be hosting a poetry slam in the Campus Center Atrium at 6:30 p.m.
September 30, 2015: At 7:00 p.m. the SPEA Student Council will be hosting their second annual JagVote in Campus Center Rooms 450 B and C.
October 1, 2015: Free HIV/ STD Testing will be held in the Campus Center Atrium on at 11:00 a.m.

October 1, 2015: As part of Filipino Heritage Month the Filipino Student Association will hosting a Tagalog Language Night in University College Room 2118 at 5:30 p.m.

October 8, 2015: Free depression screenings will be held in the Campus Center Atrium at 11:00 a.m.
October 9, 2015: Chief Judge Vaidik is hosting The National Institute for Trial Advocacy program for a paid mock jury duty session and is looking for jurors at 8:30 a.m.
October 9, 2015: The School of Liberal Arts will kick off their sabbatical speaker series in Campus Center Room 268 at 4:30 p.m.
October 9, 2015: the IUPUI volleyball team host the South Dakota State Jackrabbits in the Jungle at 7:00 p.m.
From Now until October 11, 2015: The Eiteljorg Museum will host its tenth anniversary Quest for the West Art Show and Sale.
The Broad Ripple Farmers Market will be open on September 26, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Broad Ripple High School.
September 28, 2015: There will be a free Super Moon Viewing Party at Monument Circle starting at 7:00 p.m.
October 1, 2015: Nuvo will be having a free showing of Beyond Zero: 1914-1918 at Monument Circle starting at 8:00 p.m.
October 3, 2015: In efforts to clean up Broad Ripple, their monthly Village Beautification Day will begin at Fire Station Number 32 at 10:00 a.m.
October 9, 2015: At the Fountain Square Theatre Building there will be beginner swing dancing lessons by Naptown Stomp at 7:30 p.m. and entertainment by the Ball State Jazz Ensemble” at 8:30 p.m.
Admission is $10.00 just to dance or $12.00 with the lesson.
